AFAICS, no since the Coordinated Universal Times of different PCs are still different by 1-2 minutes.
In most networks, the datetimes of the LAN workstations are set to synch. regularly with the server time so all workstations should have the same time. You may want to check with your network admin whether the synchronization is being done on your network.
If you want uniformity in your database, you may wat to use the server time for your record's timestamp. To get the server time, see
